FAQ's

  • Will I get a reminder text prior to my appointment? - Yes, you will receive a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Can I cancel my appointment? - If you are unable to attend your appointment please give us 48 hours notice. Failure to attend without prior 48 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. 

  • Can I bring someone with me? - Unfortunately not.  Covid 19 guidelines.

  • Can clients below the age of 18 come to Dermacare? - Underage children visiting for Skincare advice need to be chaperoned, by a legal guardian. Please note we don't treat clients under 18 for Cosmetic treatments, peels, Cryopen or Microneedling.

  • Is the skin analysis complimentary? - No, we charge £20, but it is redeemable against skincare products purchased at the appointment.

  • Do you sell vouchers? - Yes, we do sell gift vouchers for any amount.

  • Do you accept all payments? - Yes, we do apart from cheques

  • Do you have Parking? - Yes we have plenty of FREE parking

  • Why is your door locked? - To be able to give my clients the treatment they deserve without interruptions & to comply with COVID 19 guidelines. If the door is locked please ring the bell and someone will respond.

 
Our COVID 19 Protocol

We will always put the health and safety of both clients and staff first ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times. 

  • We will be operating by appointment only for both treatments and product purchases.

  • Clients are required to attend their appointments alone and on time. If you are early for your appointment please wait in your car or outside the salon.

  • We ask that all clients use the hand sanitiser provided at the reception desk as soon as they enter the salon.

  • Only one therapist & one client will be allowed in the salon at any one time.

 

  • After every client’s treatment, the room will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before the next client.

 

  • Appropriate PPE is worn by our staff.


If you have had a cough, fever or have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days, or are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined then please do not come to the salon.
